Here to help you grow and make a positive impact on your life.

About Me

I have always had a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and find positive meanings even in the darkest moments. This has led me to become a Marriage and Family Therapist where I have learned the importance of holding and creating a safe space to sit in the hard moments together, and when ready, to start moving forward on a brighter path.

I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and parent-child relationships in discovering purpose, balance, and joy within themselves and their relationships. I am committed to providing a safe and affirming space for all clients, including the LGBTQIA+ community.

I value community, not only for my client’s, but for my own life as well. I enjoy spending my free time with friends, family, and out in nature whether that be a rainy, snowy, or sunny hike in Washington and the incredible Pacific Northwest.

My Approach

Because I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach therapy through a systemic lens, taking into consideration all the systems at play in your life. This sometimes includes exploring your family life, social circles, work relationships and dynamics, and your local community.

I work with a variety of concerns including but not limited to, anxiety, communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, self-compassion, ADHD, and major life transitions.

You are the expert of your own life which is why I also take a client-centered approach, blending elements of Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences and work toward your personal goals, helping you create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
